My Thoughts
I just finished My Temptation by T.L. Swan, and my Kindle is practically smoking. This is an incredible start to the new Kingston Lane series, and I was completely sucked into this world of luxury, lust, and major angst.
Narrated to perfection by CJ Bloom and Marcio Catalano, the chemistry between Henley James and Juliet Drinkwater is off the charts from the very first page. What started as an instant, mesmerizing attraction across a ballroom turned into a perfect night—only to end in a total disaster.
Three years later, Juliet finally moves into her dream home only to find her "mortal enemy" living right next door. Henley is the ultimate alpha-hole: obnoxiously sarcastic, devastatingly handsome, and a world-class dirty talker with deep-seated vulnerabilities that Swan peels back so brilliantly. He’s definitely giving Jameson Miles vibes, and I loved every grumpy, possessive second of it.
