Found Forever, written by Whitley Cox and narrated by the talented duo of Sean Measters and Andi Eloise, is a delightful novella full of romance, hope, and a love worth waiting for. This charming, quick read will leave you with a smile on your face.
Book Description
She's looking for Mr. Fun Right Now, but he's looking for Mrs. Forever.
After leaving her job as a dancer on cruise ships, Joanna Fernsby was sure that the fast-paced world of luxury real estate was her dream career. Wrong. Television definitely over-hyped things. It's demanding, dog-eat-dog and not at all what she signed up for.
So when her best friend Mieka, asks Joanna to fill in for her at her dance studio while she goes on her honeymoon, Joanna agrees. This will also give her a chance to get to know the mysterious Decker McKnight better after a steamy, but also confusing, moment on the haystacks with him at the wedding.
Decker is tired of his nomad life. He hasn't unpacked his apartment in the six years he's paid rent there. He also can't take his eyes off the bubbly Joanna as she rips up the dance floor at the wedding, and is quick to offer his help on the ranch while the newlyweds are on their honeymoon. Especially when he finds out Joanna is sticking around.
However, Decker wants to take it slow with Joanna and see where things go, which causes the dancing Brit all kinds of frustration since she just wants a good shag.
Will Joanna get what she wants? Or will it take Decker offering her the promise of a real future where she can dance again, for her to see that he's more than just a good shag—he's a fantastic forever?
About Whitley Cox
A Canadian West Coast baby born and raised, Whitley is married to her high school sweetheart and together they have two beautiful daughters and a fluffy dog. She spends her days making food that gets thrown on the floor, vacuuming Cheerios out from under the couch and making sure that the dog food doesn’t end up in the air conditioner. But when the kids are at school and it’s not quite wine o’clock, Whitley sits down, avoids the pile of laundry on the couch, and writes.

My Thoughts
Joanna Fernsby, a former cruise ship dancer, thinks she's found her dream career in luxury real estate, but it quickly turns into a nightmare. So when her best friend asks her to cover at her dance studio, Joanna jumps at the chance—and at the opportunity to get to know the mysterious Decker McKnight better after a steamy, but confusing, moment with him at a wedding.
Decker is tired of his nomadic lifestyle and hasn't truly settled down in six years. From the moment he sees Joanna tearing up the dance floor at his friend's wedding, he can't take his eyes off of her. He's quick to offer help on the ranch while the newlyweds are away, especially when he finds out Joanna will be sticking around.
The only problem? Joanna is looking for "Mr. Fun Right Now," and Decker is looking for "Mrs. Forever." He wants to take things slow and build a real connection, which frustrates the fun-loving Brit who just wants a hookup.
Their journey is a testament to the messy, stubborn kind of hope that finds you when you least expect it. Through witty banter and undeniable chemistry, Decker and Joanna go from strangers to friends, discovering a deeper connection they were both missing. It’s a story about finding your passion, a home in a person, and daring to believe in a real future.
This standalone novella is loosely connected to the Younger Sisters series, but can be enjoyed all on its own. Found Forever is a sweet and steamy read that proves that the best love stories are worth the wait.
