Book Description

What happens when you fall for a guy who is lying about who he really is? Susan McKay is about to find out.

It's not easy being the only unmarried McKay sister. It has become clear to Susan McKay that her life isn’t going the way she had planned. She's unhappily single, with the thought of starting a family further away than ever.

With a push from her three sisters, she escapes to Nantucket in the dead of winter to relax, reflect and reset. The last thing on her mind is finding a guy! Matthew, her cute next-door neighbor, seems to be the Prince Charming that she's been praying for.

What she doesn't know is that Matthew is actually movie star Asher Dawson in disguise. He’s hiding from his ex-fiancĂ©, who is trying to ruin his career. Asher doesn’t want anyone finding out who he really is, but he’s falling for the girl next door.

When the truth comes out, can love withstand the fall?

My Thoughts

I admit I was excited to get book 3 of this series. Having read books 1 & 2 I was reading to see how life was turning out for another of the McKay sisters.

Needless to say, Audrey did not disappoint.

When we meet up with Susan she is the only sister not married and it is really bugging her. It's hard to be the only sibling not married. So with a push from her sisters, she heads to Nantucket. Where life will change for her.

Matthew is in Nantucket in disguise. He is a really famous actor Asher Dawson but he doesn't want anyone to know. When he meets his neighbor Susan can he keep the secret from her?

Though this book was different in that it took us away from the small town it was still a wonderful read. I could not put it down. I also found myself transported to Nantucket through Audrey's words. Having never been to this book makes me want to go visit.

This was possibly my favorite book in the series but all three books are great. I honestly could see these books coming to life in a Hallmark movie series they are that good.

If you haven't grabbed your copy of the Mckay Sister series you must. They are some of the best romance books to have in y opinion.
