Do You remember me telling you how excited I was to read Audrey's first book? If not you can refresh your memory HERE. However, grabbing her second book was just as exciting.

Book Description

Her ex’s brother is getting married, and there’s no way Sasha McKay is going to that wedding without a smokin’ hot date.

It’s complicated, but Sasha McKay is duty-bound to attend a wedding—the wedding of her ex’s brother. And she’s determined to show up with a smokin’ hot date. How else can she show her loser ex that she’s moved on?

Despite her best efforts to find a date the only—and best—option for a fake boyfriend is Cole Dasher. He’s the hottest guy in town, he’s single, he’s a charmer…and he’s an old family friend.

Cole knows all about Sasha’s antics when it comes to men—he’s had a ringside seat for most of his life. But he has a soft spot for the gorgeous blond beauty that keeps everyone on their toes.

In preparation for the wedding, Sasha and Cole spend time together—a lot of time--and the lines between old friends and new loves begin to blur. But will these two strong-headed singles finally know when to admit that maybe, just maybe there is nothing “faux” about their feelings for one another?

My Thoughts

Once again Audrey has pulled me not a beautiful book.

We get to revisit the Mckay sister and the small town they live in.

This book was fun, lighthearted, and very enjoyable. I really felt like the characters were people I would meet in my small town or were people I grew up with. Audrey brought the town and characters to life for me.

I loved watching the whole cat and mouse romance as you witness a friendship turn into something more and much deeper. I believe in another review someone mentions a Hallmark movie vibe adn I can totally see that. This is one of those books you will find yourself curling up with to enjoy.

Definitely another book I will be revisiting soon and is one I would highly recommend you add to your must-read list.
