My Thought

I am a sucker for a good vampire book. Throw in some steamy sex and well you got a great afternoon read that will make any rainy afternoon in Florida heat up.


I first have to say Tala was a new author to me. I found her through BookSprout and downloaded the book to read while I was cruising. I wanted to chill by the pool and just indulge. Tala did not disappoint.


This book is hot. It is filled with steamy sex. I gorgeous vampire and a strong, beautiful woman. I felt the author did a fabulous job weaving in a past life with present life. There was a lot of depth in this story.


The author did a great job making the reader both fear and root for our vampire to get his girl.


Overall, a wonderful read, and it checked all my boxes. I am excited to read more by Tala and to learn more about this Vampire family and to learn more about why the Monroes hate them so. I would also love to hear the story of how Keira's mother became forever bound.
