Book Description

A spicy Small Town, Single Mom, Forbidden romance from USA Today bestselling author Willow Aster

Waking up in a gorgeous man’s lap definitely wasn’t on this year’s bingo card, that’s for sure.

Flying halfway across the country, exhausted and on an empty stomach, is a lot. Having to do all that while realizing I’ll be away from my little girl while she’s at her dad’s is an even worse feeling.

Enter Dylan. The irresistibly gorgeous man whose lap I collapsed in on my flight home. He is handsome, charming, and manages to sweet-talk me right into bed with his beautiful smile and twinkling hazel eyes. This is sooo unlike me, but I couldn’t help myself.

Dylan and I don’t really know each other. Plus, I live in Minnesota, and he lives in California, and anything long-term would never work. Yet the chemistry between us can’t be denied.

But then the real problem between us comes to light, and it’s a big one. A forbidden one. There’s no way we can ever be together…but how do we give up on each other when our fiery connection feels like a once-in-a-lifetime love?

All for Love is book three in the interconnected, standalone Windy Harbor series.

My Thoughts

Willow Aster delivers an absolute gem with All for Love, a spicy and heartfelt addition to the Windy Harbor series that perfectly captures the charm of small-town life. This third installment features a quintessential meet-cute when Dahlia, a single mother exhausted from flying across the country, accidentally wakes up in the lap of Dylan—the most gorgeous man she’s ever seen. Dylan is handsome, charming, and possesses a smile that makes it impossible to say no, leading to an instantaneous and fiery chemistry that defies the distance between Minnesota and California.

While Dahlia struggles with a complicated relationship with her father, she finds an unexpected sanctuary in Dylan. Their connection burns fast and hard, but they soon hit a significant roadblock when family drama comes to light, turning their whirlwind romance into something strictly forbidden. Watching Dahlia grow throughout this journey is incredibly rewarding, especially as Dylan proves to be almost too good to be true. He is willing to do anything to be with her, and his adorable relationship with her daughter, Chloe, is just as moving as his devotion to Dahlia.

The story is a beautiful blend of sweet, funny, and emotional moments, fueled by entertaining family dynamics and steamy banter. Narrated flawlessly by Isabelle Ruther and Austin Stone, every emotional beat of this interconnected standalone is brought vividly to life. It is a joy to see Willow Aster master that "he falls first" energy once again; this book was beyond perfect and leaves me eager to see what’s coming next for the residents of Windy Harbor.
