Narrated with incredible heart by Aure Nash and Andre Santana, this single-dad sports romance serves as a beautiful emotional palette cleanser. It centers on Javier Valdez, a stoic NBA player and widower struggling to raise his young daughter, Aleesa, and Octavia Klein, the sassy, free-spirited nanny who steps in to help.

While their personalities initially clash, the spark between them is undeniable from the moment they meet. The dynamic between the grumpy pro athlete and the live-in nanny who refuses to flinch at his rough exterior makes for a captivating slow burn.

Watching Octavia fit into Javier’s world and soften his storm-cloud energy—especially through her tender bond with Aleesa—makes their gradual slide into love feel incredibly natural.
