Introducing children to a wonderful story or book is one of my greatest joys. I love to see a child get lost in a book.

Book Description

A heart-warming story of a small tree with an overwhelming dream
Tree, the little hazelnut tree down by the shore has all that he needs - a beautiful home and a loving family. Still, Tree yearns to wander – and to explore the world.

My Thoughts

This is a sweet book about friendship, teamwork, bravery, and love. I enjoyed reading it to my nieces and they enjoyed the pictures. It has become a favorite of ours.

The writing and story reminded me of the story by Shel Silverstein The Giving Tree. It was just so super sweet and teaches children some valuable lessons.

Definitely a book you should get to add to your night story collection.
